I am not really sure what groups would use the information that I have researched. I think that political figures would use it as well as lobbyists to get their point across to lawmakers. Also the general public might be interested because this is information that affects the them in certain areas of the country. People would use this information to their advantage while trying to prove their stance pro or con.
