D#9-7 Deadline Reflection

Well you would think the kids that pledge abstinence would not need condoms, but in actuality kids aren't pledging because they chose to they feel like they have to so its not a real personal choice. Most of them eventually end up having sex as teenagers and do not use protection. That is what that section was referring to. I think I will explain it more in my paper.
