First I thought about the issue of illegal immigration but I knew that this subject was going to be too broad. So then I began to think about what issues affect me. Since I am doing this assignment at home, I did not have anyone to discuss it with. So I began to look at the search engine Google and look at different things that came up when I typed in illegal immigration. After looking at several different subtopics I decided on how the United States is affected and what the government is doing to resolve this issue.
